Minimum Qualifications: A current Gifted and Talented endorsement is candidates without this endorsement will beconsidered with the expectation that they will pursueand obtain the required and/or Middle School licensure andexperience is preferred. Primary Functions: Gifted intervention specialists employed by theColumbiana County ESC will be contracted to providegifted services to identified students in a schooldistrict. Services will be outlined by student WrittenEducation Plans (WEPs). The district administrationand the gifted supervisor shall decide service optionswhich may include regular classroom cluster groupingpull-out programs inclusion acceleration or advancedstudies.
