Geriatrician

Introducing an excellent opportunity to join Hartford HealthCares highly respected innovative and supportive multi-disciplinary geriatrics team serving our patients in the quaint rolling hills of Northwestern Connecticut. You will join a well-established and comprehensive state-wide Geriatric service providing majority team-based Outpatient Geriatric Care with the opportunity for Inpatient and Palliative Care as well.

Geriatrician Position Summary:

Comp range: $240000 and incentives

Role: Approx. 75% outpatient geriatric consultative services and 25% inpatient services.

o The role can be malleable based on the physicians interests

Location: Torrington CT area

Schedule: Full-time weekdays only (part-time and flexible schedule options available)

Teaching: Optional with faculty appointment

Phone Call: Infrequent phone call for work/life balance

Requirements:

• Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license (or eligible)
• BC/BE Geriatrics
  • Dual certified in palliative care is a plus
