Job Title: Oracle OPM Functional Lead
Location: Albany NY
Work Model: Onsite/Hybrid Preferred Remote Okay

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle OPM Functional Lead with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12.2 specifically within Process Manufacturing (OPM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.
The candidate will lead end-to-end functional delivery work closely with business stakeholders and ensure successful implementation enhancement and support of Oracle OPM solutions in a pharmaceutical/manufacturing environment.


Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary functional lead and single point of contact (SPOC) for Oracle OPM and Order Management streams
Drive requirement gathering sessions perform fit-gap analysis and lead FDD documentation and sign-off
Lead solution design and configuration for Oracle OPM and SCM modules
Manage end-to-end delivery lifecycle including:
System Integration Testing (SIT)
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Go-live readiness
Coordinate onshore offshore teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
Provide functional support including defect analysis issue resolution and hypercare support post go-live


Required Skills
Strong expertise in Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM)
Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12.2 (OPM SCM modules)
Proven experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing domain


Additional Skills
Experience with tools such as JIRA ServiceNow or similar ticketing/ALM tools

Role requires close collaboration with business and technical teams in a hybrid delivery environment
Ideal candidate will have experience working in large enterprise Oracle EBS implementations within regulated industries such as life sciences
