Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Generator Technician Generator Installer Electrical Technician or related field service professional
• Proven expertise in installing maintaining diagnosing and repairing residential standby generators
• Strong commitment to delivering an outstanding homeowner experience
• Effective communication skills and ability to explain technical information clearly and professionally to homeowners
• Valid Drivers License: A valid drivers license is required for this role. Company policy requires that all drivers be at least 21 years old.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install residential standby generator systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications local codes and company standards
• Perform routine maintenance inspections testing and repairs on residential generator systems
• Diagnose and resolve electrical mechanical fuel system and operational issues
• Conduct startup commissioning and performance testing of newly installed equipment
• Educate homeowners on generator operation maintenance requirements and available service options
