• 2 years of proven experience in residential direct sales energy storage or renewable energy solutions
• Strong interpersonal negotiation and closing skills
• Comfortable conducting in-home consultations and site assessments
• Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work independently
• Proficient with CRM platforms and sales proposal tools
• Bachelors degree in Business Environmental Studies or related field (preferred)
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel for client appointments
