Generalist Business Operations Engineer

We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive Business Operations Engineer to join our team. This is a cross-functional role where youll rotate between different departments identify operational challenges and take ownership of solving them.

Rather than simply coordinating between teams youll be expected to investigate issues firsthand design practical solutions implement process improvements and build automations that make our business more efficient. Youll work closely with management and operations teams to streamline workflows create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and develop scalable systems that improve day-to-day operations.

• Design and implement practical scalable solutions to improve business operations.

• Build automations and internal tools that eliminate manual work and increase efficiency.

• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for optimized processes.

• Lead operational improvement projects from problem identification through implementation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are adopted successfully.

• Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements.

You think like both an operator and a builder - able to quickly understand how a business works identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that create lasting impact.

This role is similar to a Project Manager in terms of cross-functional collaboration but with a much stronger emphasis on hands-on problem solving process design automation and execution rather than simply coordinating communication between teams.
