What Youll Do

Youll be at the center of daily operations making things happen:

Order Fulfillment & Picking

• Pick and prepare orders with speed and accuracy using equipment like pallet jacks
• Stage stack wrap and label products to meet operational standards
• Ensure every item is handled with care and precision

Quality & Accuracy

• Inspect products and verify quantities to maintain high quality standards
• Identify and report any damages or discrepancies
• Follow procedures to ensure every shipment is correct and on time

Safety & Organization

• Champion a safe work environment by following all safety protocols
• Keep your work area clean organized and efficient
• Support overall warehouse security and compliance

Equipment Operation

• Safely operate material handling equipment (training provided if needed)
• Perform basic equipment checks and report issues promptly

Support & Teamwork

• Assist with general facility upkeep and operations
• Jump in where neededthis is a team-first environment

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced physically active environment
• Dependability and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Basic math skills for counting and inventory verification
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading writing verbal)

Nice to Have

• Previous warehouse logistics or distribution experience
• Experience operating material handling equipment (MHE certification a plus)

Physical Requirements

This is an active hands-on role:

• Frequent bending lifting (up to 50 lbs) and reaching
• Constant walking and standing throughout your shift
