What Youll Do:

As a General Sales Manager youll be responsible for managing our Sales Representatives ensuring profitability while maintaining high customer satisfaction and overseeing vehicle sales processes. Youll monitor performance collaborate with the team to determine appropriate vehicle inventory levels address customer concerns and develop action plans for the Sales department.

What Youll Bring to the Team:

• Previous experience as a Sales Manager General Sales Manager with proven results required Leadership skills with a real passion and drive

General Sales Manager: $150K - $200K potential

Compensation will be based on performance and experience; pay ranges may vary from displayed amounts
