Roth Cadillac is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Erie PA. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving sales growth managing a high-performing team and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires strong leadership strategic planning and a deep understanding of the automotive sales industry.

• Lead coach and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand the customer base and ensure strong market presence.
• Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing and finance departments to optimize vehicle inventory and promotional efforts.
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers and vendors to foster business growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and automotive industry regulations.
• Recruit train and mentor new sales team members.

• Proven experience as a General Sales Manager sales manager or F&I manager or similar sales leadership role preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and apply insights to improve performance.
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools is preferred.
• Highly motivated goal-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
