Responsibilities

• Lead manage and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers manufacturers and partners.
• Provide coaching training and support to sales staff to enhance productivity and professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies automotive regulations and ethical standards.
• Oversee inventory management and vehicle merchandising to maximize sales potential.
• Manage budgeting forecasting and reporting related to the sales department.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Sales Manager or similar role in automotive sales.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive products sales processes and market trends.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed strategic decisions.
• Proficient in sales management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid drivers license and ability to work flexible hours as needed.
