An exceptional veterinary hospital with a dedicated team is seeking an experienced Medical Lead Veterinarian to provide advanced clinical guidance support day-to-day medical operations and ensure superior patient and client care. The ideal leader for this hospital is a veterinarian who excels in clinical excellence supports team development and serves as a key bridge between associate veterinarians and senior leadership.

This hospital is open to considering experienced veterinarians who are prepared to take on a clinical leadership role mentoring team members supporting medical protocols and collaborating closely with the Medical Director and practice manager.

Credentials & Qualifications That Are Required


  • Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree (VMD) from an AVMA accredited college or university.
  • Active state license in good standing or currently pursuing licensure.
  • Current DEA license in good standing or willing to obtain.
  • A commitment to veterinary excellence and upholding the Principles of Veterinary Medical Ethics.
  • Proven clinical experience typically 3 years in general practice.
