We are one of the leading accelerators for crypto founders backing hundreds of startups across infrastructure DeFi AI fintech and consumer applications. Our portfolio companies have collectively reached multi-billion dollar valuations and include some of the most recognized names in the industry.

Were looking for a General Partner to work closely with founders throughout their journey from accelerator admission and product strategy to fundraising and scaling.

This is a highly hands-on role for someone who thrives working alongside ambitious technical founders and wants to shape the next generation of category-defining crypto and AI companies.

What Youll Do

Mentor Founders

Guide early-stage teams toward product-market fit through structured feedback and strategic support.

Advise founders across product growth hiring go-to-market fundraising and scaling.

Act as a trusted partner during critical moments such as pivots cofounder conflicts and strategic decisions.

Support Fundraising

Help startups refine their fundraising narratives and Demo Day pitches.

Introduce founders to investors and support them through seed round execution.

Work directly with teams until fundraising milestones are achieved.

Evaluate & Select Startups

Conduct admissions interviews with startup founders.

Assess founders markets traction signals and long-term potential.

Build conviction around exceptional technical talent and emerging opportunities.

Build Brand & Community

Produce high-quality content through podcasts essays and social media.

Represent the accelerator within the crypto and AI ecosystem.

Strengthen relationships with founders investors and operators.

What Were Looking For

Required

Founder experience with a proven track record building and scaling startups.

Deep understanding of the founder journey from 01 and beyond.

Strong expertise in crypto AI startups venture building or ecosystem growth.

Excellent judgment in evaluating founders products and markets.

High emotional intelligence communication skills and discretion.

Strong ownership mentality and ability to operate independently.

Nice to Have

Experience investing in early-stage startups.

Existing network across crypto AI or venture capital ecosystems.

Experience creating content or building communities online.
