Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our operations at our St. Louis location on Watson Road. As General Manager you will be the driving force behind our stores success overseeing all aspects of daily operations while fostering a positive high-performing team environment.   • Direct and oversee all store operations during assigned shifts ensuring adherence to company policies procedures and quality standards at all times
  • Manage all cost controls inventory management cash handling and financial reporting to maintain profitability and operational efficiency
  • Lead mentor and motivate team members through effective communication performance feedback and recognition of achievements
  • Recruit hire train and develop staff members while fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture
  • Maintain strict quality control standards for food preparation product delivery and customer service excellence
  • Implement and monitor scheduling systems to ensure adequate staffing levels and optimal labor cost management
  • Analyze sales data customer feedback and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
  • Ensure store cleanliness equipment maintenance and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and increase store profitability
  • Handle customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism resolving issues promptly and effectively
  • Manage inventory ordering receiving and storage to minimize waste while maintaining product quality
  • Prepare accurate reports documentation and administrative paperwork in a timely and organized manner
  • Model exemplary work ethic punctuality and professional behavior to set the standard for your team
  • Communicate transparently with upper management regarding store performance challenges and strategic recommendations

Qualifications :

**Required Skills:**

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities with proven experience motivating diverse groups
  • Excellent mathematical skills including the ability to manage budgets analyze costs and calculate financial metrics accurately
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and computer applications
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Cash handling expertise and accuracy in monetary transactions
  • Problem-solving and analytical capabilities to address operational challenges decisively

**Required Experience:**

  • Minimum 2-3 years of management or supervisory experience in a food service or restaurant environment
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and developing team members
  • Experience with inventory control cost management and financial analysis
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales profitability and operational efficiency
  • Background in customer service with a focus on building positive relationships

**Preferred Skills:**

  • Experience with food safety certifications and regulatory compliance
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and promotional execution
  • Familiarity with scheduling software and labor management systems
  • Experience in training and onboarding new employees
  • Strategic planning and business development experience

**Education:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associates degree or higher in Business Administration Management or related field preferred
