We are seeking an experienced and decisive General Manager to lead operations at our Muskegon location (3275 Henry St). In this pivotal leadership role you will oversee all aspects of business operations drive strategic initiatives and foster a high-performing organizational culture. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong business acumen exceptional leadership capabilities and a commitment to achieving organizational excellence. This is a working position and requires being on your feet and working side by side with other team members.

• Develop and execute strategic business plans that align with organizational goals and drive sustainable growth
• Oversee daily operational activities ensuring efficiency quality and compliance with company policies and procedures
• Lead mentor and motivate a diverse team fostering professional development and creating a positive workplace culture
• Manage budgets analyze financial performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability and resource allocation
• Monitor key performance indicators and metrics providing regular reports and recommendations to senior leadership
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers vendors and stakeholders to support business objectives
• Implement and enforce organizational policies procedures and compliance standards across all operations
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency driving continuous enhancement initiatives
