• Operational Leadership: Direct daily operations across both the Cleveland and Akron markets ensuring smooth execution across sales production installation service and administration.
• Team Development & Accountability: Lead mentor and coach department managers. Establish clear departmental expectations resolve inter-office issues and enforce company KPIs.
• Customer Resolution: Step in as the senior face of resolution to de-escalate complex or escalated customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Performance & Profitability: Analyze operational metrics track financial performance and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and bottom-line growth.
• Talent & HR Partnership: Collaborate closely with Human Resources to hire onboard and retain top talent across sales office and field roles.
• Standards & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to company policies standard operating procedures safety standards and the Window World Way.

• Proven Leadership: Required track record of successful management/executive experience. Multi-location management experience is strongly preferred.
• Industry Background: Previous leadership in home improvement construction or residential service industries is a major plus.
• Analytical & Accountable: Comfortable using performance metrics/KPIs to evaluate efficiency and hold teams accountable to results.
• Conflict Resolution: Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills; able to lead diverse teams and resolve high-stakes customer issues.
• Mobility: Valid drivers license with a clean record and the willingness to regularly travel between Cleveland and Akron offices.
