General Manager

General store manager is the front runner in the daily business operations of the store including training and supervising employees interacting with customers scheduling employees in a timely manner managing inventory levels and handling any other task involving customer service paperwork and the cleanliness and organization of the store.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales services
• Process POS (point of sale) purchases
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
• Comply with inventory control procedures
• Data entry to maintain store inventory in the back office computer system
• Understanding store equipment
• Maintaining store cleanliness inventory and safey of employees and customers

Skills & Qualifications

• Store management experience
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency in English
• Basic Math skills
• Cash Management
• Hands-on experience with POS transactions
• Familiarity with inventory procedures
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
• Availability to work flexible shifts
• Ability to lift up to 10-15 pounds
• Ability to stand for 4 hours at a time
• High school diploma or GED preferred
