ResponsibilitiesAs the General Manager you will be responsible for the overall success of the restaurant including:
- Leading daily restaurant operations
- Hiring training coaching and developing team members
- Creating a positive high-performance team culture
- Delivering exceptional guest service
- Driving sales and profitability
- Managing labor food and operating costs
- Maintaining food safety cleanliness and operational standards
- Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Analyzing business performance and implementing action plans for continued growth
- Previous restaurant management experience required
- General Manager experience preferred
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Dependable accountable and results-oriented
- Flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays as needed
