General Manager-QSR

Are you a hospitality leader ready to run your own restaurant Were looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our Wendys location in Elkins WV. This is a hands-on leadership role with real growth potential our restaurant group operates multiple national brands and top performers have the opportunity to grow into multi-unit and cross-brand leadership roles.

What Youll Do

• Own the day-to-day operations of the restaurant including staffing scheduling inventory and cost controls
  
• Recruit train and develop a team of assistant managers shift leads and crew members
  
• Drive sales performance while maintaining Wendys brand standards for food quality cleanliness and guest service
  
• Manage P&L responsibilities including labor cost food cost and controllable expenses
  
• Ensure full compliance with food safety health and safety regulations
  
• Build a positive people-first culture that keeps employees engaged and guests coming back
  

What Were Looking For

• 2 years of General Manager or senior management experience in quick-service or fast-casual restaurants (QSR experience strongly preferred)
  
• Proven track record of hitting sales labor and profitability targets
  
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit coach and retain a hard-working team
  
• ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
  
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including some evenings weekends and holidays
