Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years Restaurant Management Experience required
• Valid drivers license and vehicle required
• Strong organizational skills with a desire to develop others
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have the ability to work in a high volume fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of both food & labor cost controls
• Excellent customer service
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days nights weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:

• Hire train and develop your team to increase retention
• Execute daily restaurant operations at a high level
• Follow Brand and Company Standards
