As a General Manager you will lead the charge in ensuring the overall success and excellence of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and managing all aspects of the hotels operations including front desk housekeeping food services and more.
• Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Leading and inspiring a diverse team to provide exceptional service and meet performance goals.
• Handling financial management budget planning and ensuring profitability.
• Fostering a positive work culture and ensuring the highest standards of guest experiences.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and ability to motivate diverse teams.
• Extensive experience in hotel or hospitality management.
• Able to develop and implement effective business strategies.
• Dedicated to delivering excellent guest experiences.

Additional Requirements:

• Previous experience in a general management role within the hospitality industry is required.
• Availability for varying shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
