Your Role

Youll have full ownership of operations profitability people and performance while setting the standard for quality and customer experience.

You Will

• Lead estimators technicians painters parts & support teams

• Own P&L staffing labor and cost controls

• Drive KPIs productivity and cycle time

• Hire coach and retain top talent

• Build strong insurance and customer relationships

• Ensure quality safety compliance and customer satisfaction

What Were Looking For

• 3 years of collision repair management experience

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Deep understanding of estimating production flow and insurance relations

• Results-driven accountable and people-focused

• Valid drivers license (Bachelors degree preferred)
