What Youll Do

• Lead the daily operations of the dealership including sales collections and customer service.
• Recruit coach and motivate a team to achieve and exceed performance goals.
• Build strong relationships with customers and the local community to drive business growth.
• Monitor dealership performance and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
• Ensure company policies procedures and operational standards are followed.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives.
• No late nights or Sunday shifts.
  • MondayFriday: 9:00 AM6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM4:00 PM
  • 1 day off during the week (Tues Wed Thurs)
  • Sundays are always off!
