Were seeking a successful leader who is energetic passionate highly motivated and ready to guide an outstanding sales team to even greater success.

• Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience
• Experienced in motivating staff
• Skilled at generating high volume and gross profit
• Track record of excellent CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index)
• Passionate about customer retention
• Determine monthly and yearly forecasts in terms of unit sales gross profit objectives and departmental profits
• Work with each department to achieve specific goals and objectives
• Create a positive culture for the team and foster a team atmosphere focused on employee retention

• Pay range for this position: $175000 $300000/yr (Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including but not limited to skills and experience)
