Qualifications and Skills:

• The ability to lead manage and train an energetic staff of 40 or more team members
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work well under pressure in a high volume setting
• Strong knowledge of food wine cocktail culture and current industry trends
• Availability to work nights weekends and holidays
• An infectious positive attitude
• Outstanding hospitality skills
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• 3-5 years experience in a leadership role and a passion for success
