- Recruit hire train coach mentor and develop team members.

- Meet daily with department leaders and team members to review priorities challenges and opportunities.
- Maintain a visible leadership presence throughout the hotel and actively engage with guests and employees.

- Monitor online reviews guest satisfaction scores and reputation-management platforms.

- Ensure extended-stay guests receive consistent support throughout their stay.
- Inspect guest rooms public areas and back-of-house spaces regularly.
- Ensure cleanliness safety and maintenance standards are consistently met.
- Oversee preventative maintenance programs and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with Choice Hotels brand standards.
- Support emergency preparedness and life-safety programs.
- Maintain compliance with all health safety licensing and regulatory requirements.
- Support local sales initiatives that drive occupancy ADR and long-term room-night production.
- Build relationships within the Cheyenne community and with key demand generators.
