As the General Manager you will be instrumental in overseeing daily operations driving sales and ensuring that our coffee concept delivers an outstanding experience to every guest. Your leadership will foster a positive team environment and contribute to our commitment to excellence and innovation in the coffee sector. We offer a competitive salary range of $80000 - $90000 annually along with opportunities for professional growth and advancement within our expanding company.

• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow
• Lead train and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Manage inventory ordering and vendor relationships
• Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality and safety
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations
• Analyze financial reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in the restaurant industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
• Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
