Bentley Ineos General Manager is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our operations in Greensboro NC. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth managing teams effectively and ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency quality service and cost-effective management.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and profitability.
• Lead mentor and develop management and staff to meet company goals and objectives.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients vendors and other stakeholders.
• Monitor financial performance and manage budgets to meet financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities for business expansion and improvement.

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of business functions such as HR Finance marketing and sales.
• Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus.
