Job Summary
Position Summary:
The General Manager (GM) is fully accountable for the safe efficient and profitable operation of PCC-PB Fasteners. The GM leads the site by setting clear expectations building strong teams and driving disciplined execution across safety quality delivery cost and growth.
This role owns the plant P&L and is responsible for developing people improving operational performance strengthening customer relationships and aligning the organization to PCCs business objectives.
The GM creates a culture where safety is non negotiable quality is built into everything we do delivery commitments are met and employees are engaged developed and held accountable.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Safety Quality & Compliance Leadership
- Serve as the visible champion of safety quality and regulatory compliance across the organization.
- Establish and reinforce a culture where safety and quality are top priorities and issues are addressed immediately and effectively.
- Ensure full compliance with PCC customer regulatory and export control requirements.
Business & Financial Leadership
- Own full P&L responsibility including budgets forecasts operating plans and capital planning.
- Develop and execute short and longterm business strategies that drive revenue growth profitability cash flow and working capital improvement.
- Ensure annual sales margin and profitability targets are achieved.
Operational Excellence & Execution
- Drive daily performance against plant KPIs including Safety Quality Delivery Cost Inventory and Productivity.
- Lead highimpact operational initiatives to improve throughput reduce waste control costs and improve operating efficiency.
- When performance misses occur lead disciplined rootcause analysis and ensure credible recovery plans are developed and executed with the leadership team.
- Apply lean manufacturing principles standard work and continuous improvement to sustain results.
Customer & Product Growth
- Drive product line growth through increased volume market share new customers and successful new product introductions.
- Own customer performance metrics for represented products ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Represent PB Fasteners with customers and suppliers in a professional responsive and resultsoriented manner.
Leadership People Development & Engagement
- Build develop and lead a strong manufacturing leadership team capable of executing business strategy and improving employee engagement and labor relations.
- Develop talent through effective performance management coaching succession planning and rewards/recognition.
- Create an energizing inclusive and teambased work environment that promotes accountability collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Ensure employees are informed engaged and aligned to business priorities.
CrossFunctional Alignment & Communication
- Establish strong partnerships with EHS Engineering Sales Quality Finance HR and other functions to ensure alignment and effective crossfunctional execution.
- Communicate clearly and frequently with employees customers suppliers and corporate leadership.
- Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with the Division President COO and CEO.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Safety incidents and safety culture effectiveness
- Quality performance (scrap rework returns customer escapes)
- Ontime delivery and schedule performance
- Budget and forecast accuracy vs. actuals
- EBIT operating working capital and cash performance

- Quality and timeliness of business decisions
- Integrity ethics and protection of confidential information
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven analytical problemsolving and process improvement capability
- Demonstrated success with full P&L ownership in a manufacturing environment
- Strong working knowledge of lean manufacturing Theory of Constraints (TOC) and structured problemsolving
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans tied to Safety Quality Delivery Inventory and Cost metrics
- Track record of driving results through disciplined execution and accountability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced shortcycle manufacturing environment
- Strong financial operational and systems literacy (ERP production planning inventory spreadsheets)
- Proven ability to lead large diverse teams
- Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Education & Background
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or related discipline required
- MS or MBA strongly preferred
- Minimum 7 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience
- Proven experience leading people and delivering results through teams
- Demonstrated success in a machining or precision manufacturing environment
