What You Will Do:

• Drive strategy and growth: Leading the development and execution of construction technology programs and marketing initiatives.
• Partner with operational leaders: Working closely with field General Managers to assess develop and strengthen field technology leadership across the organization.
• Coach and develop teams: Mentoring construction leaders and championing technology leadership excellence throughout the company.
• Build key industry partnerships: Collaborating with leading manufacturers including Topcon John Deere Construction & Forestry Wingtra and Trimble to support customer success and technology adoption.

What You Will Need:

• Proven leadership experience: Previous supervisory or management experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Industry expertise: 10 years of construction technology heavy equipment or related industry experience preferred.
• Location and travel flexibility: This position may be located within any of RDO Equipment Co.s Construction regions. Preference will be given to candidates located within 45 minutes of a major airport and who are able to travel up to 50% to support field operations manufacturer partnerships customer engagement and business initiatives.
• Relationship-building skills: Ability to build trusted partnerships with customers team members manufacturers and business partners.
• Strong communication and business acumen: Exceptional communication problem-solving organizational and decision-making skills.
• Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
