Mazda of Claremont is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our new car franchise automotive this pivotal role you will be responsible for overseeing all dealership operations driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills a deep understanding of the automotive industry and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

• Manage day-to-day operations of the dealership including sales service parts and finance departments.
• Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Lead coach and motivate dealership staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Maintain strong relationships with manufacturer representatives and ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Oversee financial performance including budgeting forecasting and expense management.
• Ensure dealership compliance with all local state and federal regulations.

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role within the automotive retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of dealership operations new car sales and service management.
• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and manage budgets effectively.
• Customer-focused mindset with a track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or related field preferred.
