We are partnering with a well-established high-volume restaurant group in Cambridge to hire an experienced GeneralManager to lead a unique all-day concept combining a bustling café with a full-service lunch and dinner restaurant. And unlike many GM opportunities in hospitality this role offers a schedule designed to provide some consistency:

• Sundays&Mondaysoff
• Primarily8:00AM5:00PMshifts
• Onlyoneclosingshiftperweekapproximately3:00PM11:00PM
• Majorholidaysareprotected
• FlexiblePTO

This is an opportunity for a proven restaurant leader who enjoys being on the floor building strong teams creating a great guest experience and managing the details behind a successful operation.

The environment is fast-paced but highly stable with a long-tenured management team and a strong emphasis on hospitality quality consistency and culture.

PreviousGeneralManagerexperienceisrequired. We are looking for someone who has already successfully led a full-service restaurant and wants to find a long-term home where they can make an impact.

As General Manager you will have ownership of the day-to-day operation while leading and developing the restaurants management and front-of-house teams.
