What Youll Do

• Lead all dealership operations including Sales Service Parts and Finance
• Drive profitability and departmental performance
• Recruit train and develop department leadership
• Analyze financial statements and operational reports
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards
• Build strong relationships with customers lenders and manufacturers
• Develop marketing and merchandising strategies
• Create a culture of accountability teamwork and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of dealership General Manager or General Sales Manager experience required
• Automotive dealership leadership experience required
• Strong financial and operational management skills
• Proven record of driving profitability and growth
• Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills
• Local candidates strongly preferred
• Valid drivers license required
• Must pass background and drug screening
