Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Janitorialand General Maintenance Worker in our North Mankato-MN facility.

Work Authorization:

Your Responsibilities:
Janitorial Duties:

• Perform daily cleaning of offices restrooms breakrooms hallways and commonareas

• Sweep mop vacuum and wax floors

• Empty trash and recycling containers

• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies

• Dust furniture fixtures and equipment

• Clean windows mirrors and glass surfaces

• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking isneeded

General Maintenance Duties:

• Perform minor plumbing electrical and carpentry repairs

• Replace light bulbs filters and ceiling tiles

• Assist with HVAC filter changes and basic system checks

• Conduct routine facility inspections and/or identify repair needs

• Repair doors locks handles and other hardware

• Paint and patch walls as needed

• Set up and break down equipment or furniture for meetings and events

• Assist with snow removal and grounds maintenance (if applicable)

• Assist as backup for warehouse activity following forklift certification

Your Shift:

• Day shift with flexible start times between 6:00am - 10:00am

Requirements within this position:

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand

• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position

• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials

• Frequently required to move inside the facility

• Regularly move up to 25 pounds (lift push pull and/or carry)

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $16 - 20. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors which may include as applicable the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position years of relevant experience specific and unique skills level of education attained certifications or other professional licenses held and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporations total compensation and benefits package for employees.
