Job Summary
Scopelitis Garvin Light Hanson & Feary a national law firm with offices located in major cities throughout the United States is looking for an attorney with 2-6 years experience in private practice for an associate position working in the Firms general litigation practice from its Dallas/Fort Worth office. The attorney will assist in handling all aspects of litigation including discovery brief drafting depositions court appearances trials and contract reviews. Any experience in transportation and logistics law or personal injury law is a plus. Firm practices throughout the country so some travel is involved.
Skills and Requirements of General Litigation Associate
- Admittance to Texas state bar required.
- Previous experience incivil litigation required.
