Location: Hybrid in Farmington Hills MI.
Note: Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience handling general liability auto negligence or related civil litigation. Strong oral advocacy legal writing research and court experience are required. Experience with depositions dispositive motions and courtroom advocacy is preferred.

Job Description
- Lead defense in general liability and auto claims cases from intake through resolution.
- Strategize case approaches manage discovery and prepare for court appearances.
- Draft pleadings motions correspondence and legal memoranda.
- Take and defend depositions prepare witness lists and coordinate experts.
- Represent clients in court hearings mediations and trials.
- Manage multiple cases and deadlines independently while maintaining high-quality legal work.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop defense strategies and evaluate legal issues.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in general liability auto negligence or civil litigation.
- Strong oral advocacy legal writing and research skills.
- Proven ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
- Experience with depositions dispositive motions and courtroom appearances.
- Strong problem-solving analytical and client-focused skills.
- Excellent academic credentials and professional references.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
