Join the growing LION team as a Production Associate helping manufacture gloves worn by firefighters and first responders across the country. At our smaller facility employees wear many hats and have the opportunity to learn a variety of production functions. No prior manufacturing experience is requiredwell provide the training!
Schedule:
- Monday-Thursday 6:00AM-4:30PM

Essential Functions:
Responsibilities may include:
- Turning gloves using a power turner (light upper body strength required)
- Assisting with glove assembly and liner installation
- Performing quality inspections to ensure products meet customer and company standards
- Operating industrial sewing machines to produce first responder gloves
- Moving materials and work throughout the production process
- Supporting production activities wherever needed to meet customer demand
- Working as part of a team to meet quality productivity and delivery goals
- Maintaining a clean organized and safe work area
- Learning and performing multiple operations as business needs require
Education & Experience Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- 1-2 years manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- Must be able to read and comprehend English language instructions.
- Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to work well with a team.
Physical Requirements:
- Standing sitting walking bending as needed.
- Hearing and vision required to be within normal ranges with or without correction.
- Using proper lifting technique may be required to lift objects up to 30 lbs.
- May be required to operate traditional office equipment including computers copiers fax machines and telephones if needed.
