Job Summary
Grounds Laborer at Sunnyside Apartments. Assists full-time Landscape Gardeners with grounds duties. Assist with planting weeding mulching deadheading pruning digging raking watering trash removal and sweeping. The applicant must commit to a position that is physically demanding and involves working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures.
Responsibilities
Duties of this position include but are not limited to: - Picking up leaves and debris. - Weeding - Watering Plants - Mulching - Snow removal - Assisting with tree and shrub pruning projects. - Lawn care (mowing edging trimming etc.). - Picking up litter - Assisting full-time gardeners with other grounds duties. - Other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT : 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelors degree 4 years of directly related work experience). Requires little to no related experience.
