About the Role

Great Basin Staffing is hiring two General Laborers for a fast two-day commercial kitchen install. Youll help unload heavy equipment move it into place uncrate/peel wrap assemble light furnishings and keep the work area clean and safe.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload semi-trailer with 50 lb commercial kitchen equipment (team lifts/material handling).
• Move equipment into the building; position per site direction.
• Peel plastic uncrate equipment and dispose of packaging (break down cardboard/film).
• Assemble basic items: tables chairs shelving.
• Maintain a clean organized work area; follow crew lead instructions.

Requirements

• Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly; stand/walk for extended periods.
• Reliable punctual safety-minded; follow directions and site protocols.
• Full PPE required: hard hat grip gloves safety glasses hi-vis vest or T-shirt steel-toe shoes.
• Basic hand-tool familiarity (Allen keys wrenches screwdrivers).
• Valid ID for site check-in; eligibility to work in the U.S.

Schedule & Logistics

• Two consecutive days full shifts (expect 810 hours/day; possible OT if needed).
• Indoor/outdoor transitions; loading dock and finished-space handling.
• Paid via W2 standard payroll cycle.

Schedule:

• Monday August 24th & Tuesday August 25th

• Expect full shifts (8 hours each day) with potential OT if needed.
