About the role.

As a General Laborer you will play a critical role in our appetizer production operation helping ensure products are safely produced packaged and delivered to the highest quality standards. This hands-on manufacturing role supports daily production activities while maintaining a strong focus on food safety quality teamwork and operational excellence.

What youll be doing.

• Fill sort inspect and package raw food materials and finished products to meet quality and production standards.
• Handle ingredients such as jalapeños zucchini pickles peppers cheese and other food products.
• Maintain a clean safe and organized production environment.
• Operate and work around manufacturing equipment while following established safety procedures.
• Complete production documentation in digital and/or paper formats.
• Communicate production updates and concerns to production leadership.
• Monitor product quality and identify issues requiring corrective action.
• Follow food safety quality assurance and workplace safety standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to team success.

What youll need to be successful.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience required.
• Food manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to learn new equipment processes and responsibilities quickly.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to accurately enter data into digital systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively and complete documentation in English.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality safety and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to frequently bend stand walk and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate Powered Industrial Vehicles.

Team members work collaboratively across shifts to meet customer expectations while maintaining the highest standards of safety quality and operational performance.

Compensation Package:$ - $ Starting at 23.12 USD hourly Bonus eligibility Hourly Pay Differential for applicable shifts
