Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Laborer to join our team in Coventry RI. This role requires a strong work ethic the ability to follow instructions and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing a variety of physical tasks as assigned which may include lifting carrying and moving materials.
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Preparing and cleaning work sites.
- Operating hand and power tools as needed.
- Assisting other workers with various tasks.
- Following all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Contributing to team efforts to complete projects efficiently.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures.
Skills/Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting and carrying heavy objects up tp 50 lbs
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong work ethic reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to maintain high attendance standards.
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and practices.
- Experience with hand and power tools is a plus.
