General Laborer

Starting Wage: $18.00-$20.00/Hr

AtRepocast every day is different and exciting! We are a repossession and online auction company that takes in thousands of items each week to be sold on our online auction platform.

Each potential candidate must pass both a drug test and a background check before being hired.

is looking for an individual who can be the Jack of all Trades. This person will do a little bit of everything here in our warehouse and in our yard. This position will require working out in all elements of the weather. If you are up for something new every day this is the position for you.

Duties:

• Cleaning the yard & warehouse (Sweeping picking up trash moving skids etc)
• Small tasks in office (hanging frames changing out door handles moving furniture etc.)
• Running magnet through the yard
• Grading the yard
• Utilizing weed killer in the lawn/yard
• Sorting files
• Forklift
• Loading/unloading customers
• Security (checking items are correct as customers leave watching for suspicious activity)
• Jump starting vehicles
• Assisting the VP and President of Repocast
• Any other duties as assigned by Managers

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Driving forklift (we offer forklift training)
• Drivers license
• Ability to communicate and negotiate with customers
• Team player
• Problem solver
• Good verbal and written skills

• Well-spoken
• Good Multi-Tasker
• General computer iPad and website navigational skills

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require hours of lifting standing and carrying.
• Must be at least 18 years of age have the legal right to work in the USA.
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds at a time.
