Position Summary:
Our client is seeking a General Laborer to manage and maintain construction site cleanliness and safety. Responsibilities include clearing debris loading/unloading materials assisting with concrete preparation and setting up safety barriers. The role requires physical labor the ability to lift 50-100 lbs. basic construction tool knowledge and a valid drivers license.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clear and clean construction sites of debris trash and hazardous materials.
- Load unload and transport construction materials and equipment.
- Assist with the mixing and preparation of concrete and other construction materials.
- Organize and maintain materials and tools in designated areas.
- Set up and maintain barriers signs and cones to ensure the safety of the site and pedestrians.
- Assist with marking and laying out construction areas according to project plans.
- Wear and maintain proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in construction or related fields is a plus.
- Valid Drivers License required/ with own transportation
- Ability to perform physical labor and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans blueprints and specifications.
- Capable of lifting 50 to 100 lbs. regularly
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
