General Laborer – 1st Shift

Pay:$18.00$22.00 per hour

Job Type / Schedule: Full-Time 1st Shift 6:00 AM2:30 PM Overtime required

Pronto Staffing is hiring dependable team members for a busy manufacturing facility.

Job Summary

Pronto Staffing is seeking workers for an entry-level general labor this role you will help make concrete products by performing hands-on production tasks. This is a great opportunity to learn new skills while working with a friendly team to meet daily goals.

Responsibilities

• Clean concrete products molds and work areas

• Set up and prepare forms for production work

• Apply rubber gaskets and other parts to products

• Use hand tools and basic equipment for assembly tasks

• Load unload and move materials around the facility

• Follow all safety rules and keep your workstation clean

Requirements

• Previous warehouse construction or general labor experience is a plus but not required

• The ability to use basic hand tools is helpful

• Must be able to speak and understand English or Spanish

• Strong attendance and a reliable work ethic

• Drug screening and a background check may be required

Work Environment

• Must be able to stand and walk for up to 11 hours a day

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly

• Outdoor work in an industrial setting with exposure to dust heat and changing temperatures

• Steel-toe boots long pants and a work shirt are required
