Position Summary
We are seeking dependable and hardworkingGeneral Laborers to join our team. This position requires individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment can accurately use a tape measure and are capable of lifting up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Responsibilities
- Read and accurately use a tape measure for measuring materials and products.
- Perform general labor duties in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Lift carry and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Operate safely while following all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with production assembly packaging or material handling as assigned.
- Work in multiple positions throughout the facility based on production needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
- Comfortable standing bending reaching and moving for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
