Pay Rate: $16.90/hour

Schedule: 1st 2nd & 3rd Shifts MondaySaturday

We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for a Heavy General Labor position at a busy distribution center in Soledad CA. This role involves physically demanding warehouse duties including loading and unloading products palletizing sorting packaging and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Candidates must be comfortable performing repetitive tasks while working in a fast-paced setting.

• Load and unload products from trucks and containers.
• Lift carry stack and move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Palletize wrap and prepare shipments for distribution.
• Sort organize and inspect products for quality.
• Assist with order picking and packing as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned by supervisors.

• Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Comfortable standing walking bending reaching and performing repetitive movements for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be reliable punctual and able to work overtime when required.
• Must be able to work any assigned shift (1st 2nd or 3rd) and Saturdays as needed.
