General Labor & Route Assistant

Position Summary: Were looking for a reliable hardworking Team Member to support multiple lines of business at Sunrise Sanitation. This role fills in across our Junk Busters Sunrise Shred and general labor operations - making it a great fit for someone who thrives in a variety of environments and likes to stay busy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely load transport and unload materials as part of junk removal operations
• Assist on document shredding routes alongside the route driver
• Help with general tasks around company facilities
• Fill in on routes across all lines of business as needed
• Interact professionally with customers to ensure quality service and satisfaction
• Operate company vehicles to and from job sites
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and vehicles
• Uphold all safety standards in every work environment

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 75 lbs.) repeatedly
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Punctual reliable and able to work flexible hours
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Previous experience in general labor customer service or sales is a plus but not required

• Must pass a background check and drug test prior to employment
