Job Duties:

• Break down paper packs from skids for production processing.
• Hand collate paper products and customer orders.
• Feed materials into production equipment and retrieve finished products from conveyor systems.
• Monitor equipment performance and safely clear jams as needed.
• Package completed orders into cartons or customer-required packaging.
• Verify order accuracy and inspect products for quality standards.
• Operate a forklift to transport materials finished goods and production supplies.
• Support production schedules and warehouse performance goals.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work area.
• Follow all company policies quality standards and safety procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse production and material handling duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous one to two years of manufacturing warehouse or production experience
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Ability to read and understand work orders instructions and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand and remain on your feet throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to frequently lift move carry push and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Manual dexterity and coordination to handle materials and operate equipment.
• Ability to bend stoop twist reach and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday.
• Ability to safely work around moving machinery and conveyor systems.
• Ability to lift and or move up to 50lbs. throughout the entire shift.
• Ability to stand walk bend and stoop.
• Ability to perform manual tasks requiring hand use such as handling touching and feeling items.
• Specific vision abilities required for various jobs include close vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.
• Ability to understand and communicate (talk-read-hear) work instructions
