Your Next Pour: The Opportunity

Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a General Laborer to support our Supply Chain team. This role will be responsible for performing activities such as drum preparations and checks cleaning sanitation material handling etc. as well as verifying conformance to quality standards (raw storage and transportation conditions). Additional responsibilities will include:

• Performs activities such as drum preparations and checks cleaning sanitation material handling etc.
• Verifies conformance to quality standards (raw storage and transportation conditions)
• Participate in daily activities such as assisting with the cycle counts and physical inventories
• Maintains good manufacturing practices housekeeping standards and safety precautions
• Performs duties and responsibilities within the guidelines of plants programs and initiatives i.e. SFTPM
• All other duties as assigned by management

The Perfect Blend: Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing facility food production preferred
• Knowledge of basic math and problem solving
• Must be able to utilize manufacturing software
• Ability to listen understand and communicate written and verbal information and ideas
• Ability to perform work within established guidelines and in a safe manner
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Must be able to obtain forklift certification

Foundational Ingredients: Requirements

• Must be located in City of Industry CA surrounding area or willing to relocate for the duration of employment.
• Willingness to be onsite at the manufacturing facility on a full-time basis
• Must be able to perform physical tasks for the duration of the shift including standing walking bending reaching and lifting/moving items weighing 50 pounds or more.
• Must be able to work 1st and/or 2nd shift
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the futureââ

The hourly pay for this position is $19.17.
