General Labor

We are currently seeking General Laborers to join our clients team at their Fort Worth manufacturing this role you will support daily production operations for one of the nations leading manufacturers of reinforced concrete pipe box culverts bridges and other infrastructure products used in stormwater and sanitary systems.

This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced industrial environment offering the opportunity to be part of essential infrastructure production.

Location: Fort Worth TX conveniently located near the I-30 & Beach Street area.

Responsibilities:

• Sets up forms in the manufacturing production process of rubber products.
• Handling and moving heavy construction materials such as rubber products.
• Following safety protocols and wearing appropriate protective gear.
• Adhering to quality control standards to ensure the production of high-quality concrete products.
• Any other miscellaneous tasks assigned by management at any given time and in any given area

Must Haves:

• Able to read and understand work orders and complex instructions.
• Able to read and use a measuring tape
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to work outdoors or in open air environment.
• Preferred Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds frequently.
