1^st: 7am 3pm 2^nd: 3pm 11pm 3^rd: 11pm 7am

The Job You Will Perform:

• Perform all tasks safely in accordance with company rules and facility guidelines
• Counting and stacking finished product
• Reading factory orders

• Safely operator necessary areas of machinery

• Utilizing basic shop math while inspecting product (accurately reading tape measure gauges and other testing equipment)

• Effectively able to follow directions to complete quality inspections and administrative document checks with accuracy
• Ensure proper housekeeping of the work area is clean organized and maintained especially during production downtimes. This will include the following clean-up functions: blowing down the machine wiping off shafts cleaning ink systems vacuuming and sweeping the machine area as well as picking up and shredding scrap.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

• Ability to work with a safety first mindset and actively participate in the IP safety culture
• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous work in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Able to read write and speak English
• Able to perform physical hands-on tasks in various departments
• Able to work any shift overtime weekends and holidays if necessary
• Willingness to learn production processes
• Able to work in a team setting with a fast-paced environment
• Organizing skills basic math skills comprehension skills and safety observations
• Able to effectively communicate with the team productions supervisors and maintenance crew
